Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show Policy

To best serve our clients and our artists, we require a minimum 48hrs notice via telephone/online booking to cancel or change any appointment. If calling outside of our scheduled business hours, please leave a voicemail. The date and time of your call will be recorded.

Cancellations/Rescheduling on short notice prohibit our artists from being able to protect their time and accommodate clients on our waiting list. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than a 48hrs notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment value.

No shows and day of appointment cancellations/rescheduling will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value.

Repetitive cancellations, rescheduling or no shows may result in inability to schedule with Bee Kind Studio. In the event of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments.

Retail Products

All our products are salon quality from a professional distributor. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we allow an exchange/return within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange/Returns are not accepted for empty or almost empty products.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

COVID Protocols

At Bee Kind Studio we respect and value the safety of all our guests and staff. We strongly enforce all Covid Protocols as they allow us to continue to service our guests in a safe manner. Our protocols are also mandated by State Board Regulations and are not up for negotiation. Thank you for your cooperation.

Only the appointment holder will be allowed in during the appointment. No additional guests at this time and please arrange child care prior to your appointment.

Late arrivals past 10 minutes will be rescheduled or the services may be adjusted as this effects our sanitation time between each client.

If you have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 in the last 14 days, you must reschedule.

If you’re awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, you must reschedule.

If you have received positive Covid test results you must wait 10 days from receiving those test results to reschedule your next appointment.

Please go over screening questions no more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you answer YES to any of these, you must reschedule your appointment.

Within the last 72 hours have you experienced any of these symptoms?

  • Shortness of Breathe or Difficulty Breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or Body Aches

  • New loss of taste or smell

Late Policy

Out of respect to our artists and other clients, late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in rescheduling or service adjustments. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

Late arrivals that result in rescheduling may fall under our cancellation policy.

Service Guarantee

At Bee Kind Studio, we want all of our clients to love their hair. Bee Kind Studio does not offer refunds. However, if you aren’t completely in love please let us know within one week of your initial appointment and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

We cannot guarantee color service results or longevity without the purchase of our professional salon products from Bee Kind Studio.

This guarantee does not apply if you decide to change the original look given during the initial consultation.

Lightening Services:

As discussed in every lightening consultation, it can take multiple sessions to achieve the overall desired lightness as lightening is a journey and hair health is always our top concern. Because of this, our guarantee does not apply to lightening services where maximum lightness is not achieved in one session.

Vivid/Fantasy Color Services:

As discussed in every vivid/fantasy color consultation, it is important to understand the intricate details involved in achieving and maintaining such colors before receiving these types of color services. Though super fun, vivid tones are very high maintenance. They do fade much faster than natural tones. Maintenance for retouching can range between 2-4 weeks depending on tone and how well you take care of your color at home. They require a very specific at-home color care routine and very frequent upkeep appointments which is always thoroughly explained before any guest is to receive such service in our studio.  Due to this, our service guarantee does not apply to vivid/fantasy colors.

Additional Guests/Children/Pets

Due to our studio being a small, intimate space you must arrive to your appointment alone. No additional guests will be permitted unless the appointment holder is under the age of 18 and a parent/guardian needs to attend.

Bee Kind Studio does not service children under the age of 13. For any client under the age of 18, a guardian will be required to be present for the full duration of the appointments consultation.

We understand circumstances arise, but in order to keep a relaxing and safe environment, childcare must be arranged prior to your service.

We love all animals (duh) and wish we could meet all your cuties, but we can only allow service animals with the proof of documentation.
